By using the Bot and providing us with your personal data, you consent to its processing in accordance with this Policy.

If you do not agree with any condition or find it unclear, please refrain from using the Bot until you fully understand and agree to the Policy.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Personal data – any information related to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (data subject – User).

1.2. Processing of personal data – any actions or a set of actions performed on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating and modification, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction – both with and without automated data processing tools.

2. Subject of processing

2.1. This Policy regulates the processing of personal data of Bot users.

2.2. Relationships related to information provided by the User are governed by this Policy.

2.3. The personal data permitted for processing within this Policy includes: the User’s email address (E-mail) or personal data obtained via authentication through third-party services, as well as the nickname (pseudonym) used for interaction with the Bot.

2.4. Your device automatically transmits technical data such as cookies, browser information, date and time of access to the Bot, IP address, and technical characteristics of the device.

2.5. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data when interacting with the Bot, as well as to receiving informational messages from Shotix AI.

3. Purpose of processing

3.1. Personal data processing is carried out for the purpose of:

• ensuring the operation of the Bot;

• improving the user experience;

• conducting marketing activities;

• providing user support;

• ensuring security and preventing fraud.

3.2. Data is necessary for user identification in order to provide Bot services.

3.3. The Administrator does not collect or process users’ payment details. Payments may be processed through third-party payment services.

4. Processing conditions

4.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for the period necessary for the above purposes, by any legal means.

4.2. Shotix AI takes necessary measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized access, modification, deletion, and distribution.

4.3. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees and partners of Shotix AI to the extent necessary for their duties.

4.4. Cross-border data transfer is not carried out unless explicitly required by the User’s agreement.

4.5. Data transmitted via the Bot is protected by encrypted connections.

5. User rights

5.1. The User has the right to request information about their personal data by contacting the support service @elenaai_help_bot.

5.2. The User may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the support service.

5.3. Access to the User’s personal data is not provided through an account. The User can request their data only through the support service @elenaai_help_bot.

5.4. Shotix AI stops processing personal data upon the expiration of the User’s consent period or upon the withdrawal of consent.

6. Final provisions

6.1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The latest version will indicate the date of the last update.

6.2. The new version of the Policy takes effect upon publication unless otherwise specified by the updated Policy.

6.3. Notifications, messages, and inquiries sent via official communication channels (email, Telegram support) are considered valid.
