Terms of service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Shotix (hereinafter referred to as the “Bot”), which provides avatar generation services based on uploaded photos.

1.2. The User must read and understand the Agreement before using the Bot. Using the Bot signifies the User’s full acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The Bot agrees to provide image generation services based on created avatars within the purchased number of generations.

2.2. The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate data when using the Bot;
• Not use the Bot for any purposes that violate the applicable laws of Hong Kong;
• Not upload materials containing illegal or prohibited content.

2.3. The Bot reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend operations for technical maintenance;
• Refuse services in case of a violation of the Agreement by the User.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. To use the Bot’s services, the User must purchase the required number of generations. Once the purchased generations are exhausted, the User must purchase a new package to continue using the service.

3.2. The validity of purchased generations is not limited.

3.3. The User can contact support via Telegram at: @elenaai_help_bot.

3.4. To obtain a high-quality avatar, which will be used by the Bot for further generations, the uploaded photos must meet the following requirements:

• The photo must feature only the User.
• No exaggerated facial expressions are allowed; only a slight smile is permitted.
• Photos must be taken from different angles and in different clothing.
• Good lighting is necessary for a high-quality result.

3.5. The Bot is not responsible for the inability to generate an avatar due to failure to meet the photo upload requirements.

3.6. The User is prohibited from using generated avatars for illegal purposes or to insult others.

4. Responsibilities of the Parties

4.1. The Bot is not responsible for:

• The quality of the photos uploaded by the User, which may affect the generation results;
• The use of generated avatars by third parties;
• The inability to generate avatars due to failure to comply with photo upload requirements;
• Temporary service unavailability caused by technical failures, server outages, or payment system issues, as well as issues arising from third-party service disruptions.

4.2. The User is responsible for:

• Providing lawful content for generation;
• Complying with the Bot’s terms of use.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment the User accepts it.

5.2. The Bot reserves the right to modify the Agreement and functionality, including adding or removing features at its discretion. The User will be notified of such changes via the Bot’s interface or Telegram chat. Changes take effect from the moment they are published.

5.3. The Bot does not store generated avatars, which are only available in the chat with the Bot. The User is responsible for saving their generated results. If the chat is deleted, the materials cannot be recovered.
